The company aims to implement the advice and recommendations of this board on its business model and strategy going forward. The stock of the company settled the previous trading session lower by 4.50% to $0.0085.

Meanwhile, Hemp Inc (OTCMKTS:HEMP) shared that South Dakota House of Representatives passed the hemp bill last week. The passage of the bill will now allow the hemp companies to cultivate industrial hemp in South Dakota. Hemp’s CEO Bruce Perlowin said that the development is positive for the company as they look forward to helping an increasing number of farmers with each passing day.
