Synacor Inc (NASDAQ:SYNC) has made known the expansion of a partnership with Consolidated Communications Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CNSL) after the picking of Synacor’s flagship End-to-End Video Solutions. The former is a well known and trusted multiscreen technology and monetization partner for video while the latter is a leading business and broadband communications provider.

Consolidated will now take the full control mantle of Synacor’s platform to launch new Native Apps that will push through Consolidated’s subscriber TV Everywhere (TVE) experience.

The move will enhance the delivery of service by Synacor, which reaches hundreds of millions of consumers around the world. According to Michael Smith, the CMO of Consolidated Communications, a majority of consumers are expectant of superior video experiences on their devices. Nevertheless, there is optimism that Synacor’s end-to-end video platform will offer a great experience which will bring forth flexibility and other exciting products to Consolidated subscribers.

Consolidated is hopeful of reaping big from its expanded partnership with Synacor given its determination to meet global client’s demands by delivering exceptional viewing experience.

Apparently, there is a good pairing of the phone and tablet Native Apps for watching TV Everywhere content which settles down well with Consolidated’s existing browser experience as well that of Synacor. The experiences have responsive designs which are available on different HTML5 browsers the likes of Smartphone and Tablet.

Other features that the viewers will interact with are video playback, selection and management of favorite shows among others.

Synacor’s CEO Himesh Bhise has outlined the company’s delight of having the opportunity to work with Consolidated Communications terming it as a privilege. Bhise further said that the enterprise has embraced with gratitude Consolidated’s dedication to turn complex technology into the simple, affordable solutions. After all, who wants to deal with complicated processes? Who would not wish to have digitalized solutions which Synacor now intends to offer through its end-to-end video?

When all this is accomplished, Consolidated subscribers will have an excellent opportunity of viewing the video on more devices.
