Sharkreach Inc (OTCMKTS:SHRK) specializes in putting together advertising campaigns for brands using influence marketing.  It’s commendable that being a small board listed company, SHRK has worked with some of the top influencers such as Nikki Leigh and Amber rose and with big board companies such as Microsoft, Ford and Zulily (http://www.sharkreach.com/). It looks like investors and traders have started to take notice of this small cap company resulting in active trading sessions. Yesterday, shares of SHRK gained as much as 18.90% on a  rising volume. The latest update that came from the company relates to the change of directors and principal officers. According to the Form 8-K submitted by the company, in addition to Steve Smith’s current role of serving it in the capacity of director, President and Chief Executive Officer, he has been entrusted with the additional role of Secretary and Treasurer of the company.

The decision came after Tony Grant resigned as Secretary, Treasurer, Director and President of the company, leaving no other director other than Smith. It is to be noted that Smith founded the company in November 2013 and had been steering it in the capacity of President and CEO since then.

Meanwhile, the top three gainers on the OTC exchange yesterday were Carolco Pictures Inc (OTCMKTS:CRCO), Activecare Inc (OTCMKTS:ACAR) and Raadr Inc (OTCMKTS:RDAR). The update that helped Carolco surge by nearly 267% to $0.00440 was an update from the company, where it informed that retired VP of Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, Leonard Lauren has been appointed as the Board of Directors of the company.

At the same time, Activecare soared by as much as 200% to $0.12. Though there was no new update from the company, it had reported a growth in its revenue in 2015 to 6,598,000 from 6,108,000 in 2014. The net loss of the company in FY15 contracted to 12,824,000 from 16,434,000 in the previous year.

Raadr Inc also closed the previous day higher by 82% at $0.1000. The technology and software development firm stated that it will host an anti-bullying web-based application yesterday. The company presented that same at Pendergrast Elementary along with Gary Smith, Kenny Dobbs and The Dare to Dream Foundation. The presentation will be a part of the company’s efforts to include elementary school into its #NoBullyDistrict initiative.
