Dominovas Energy Corp (OTCMKTS:DNRG) reported that it has come to agreement and has finalized a Memorandum of Understanding with Egoli Gas (Pty) Ltd of South Africa to ensure the distribution of a reliable and steady supply of natural gas for the management of its RUBICON™ SOFC System. This delivery and supply of natural gas will service the RUBICON™ demonstration unit and additionally the projected units throughout Johannesburg.

The highlights

Having come to the understanding of the supply and logistical obstacles with the initially intended use of LPG, Dominovas has worked persistently in the last few months to obtain a sustainable, available and economical fuel source that supports the logistics required for efficient and seamless delivery of natural gas. The deal with Egoli Gas will offer company with the gas supply needed for the continual management of the RUBICON™ in South Africa. Dominovas can continue with the planned launch of its next stage of the demonstration assignment’s development for installation, operation and delivery of RUBICON™.

In the coming period, Egoli Gas will close the infrastructure required to support a committed natural gas pipeline, and place meters at the planned termination point for the management of the RUBICON™. Egoli Gas projects that the installation will be ready and complete for operational use in April 2017. The deal creates a structure for Dominovas Energy and Egoli Gas to work in collaboration to show the advantages of effective natural gas application and will also set the platform for the long-term association between the two firms. The firms will work in association on increased multi-MW scale assignments within the Egoli Gas footmark within Johannesburg proper, with expectation of an extended footprint throughout the nation.

When asked about the influence of this alliance, Egoli Gas MD Tyusha Monde actively noted that he strongly focus on the significance of this alliance with Dominovas and its importance to Egoli Gas. The association with Dominovas will serve as an inspiration for their mission, as they collectively show and champion the considerable positive impact the use of natural gas can have on commercial and residential levels.
