As of now, it plans to execute two developments i.e. one-holiday lake house complex that can host up to 500 accommodations, and one A 4-building complex that can host up to 120 accommodations.

There are several unused buildings in this area that Agrieuro owns already. It can use them to host a few facilities of the resort in the coming time. Taking this step will not only reduce the overall time-frame of the project but also keep the cost under control.

During the high season (180 days per annum), the occupancy level of the resort is supposed to be at 70 percent. With charges varying from 100 to 200 Euros per night, this resort can help Agrieuro generate reasonable revenues throughout the season.
