DONINI INC NEW (OTCMKTS:DNNC) announced that it finalized a deal with DPZ Technology of Grand Rapids, MI. The agreement is meant for the distribution of a graphic novel “The Son Risen”, for teens and children. “The Son” is a story about the life of Jesus who is considered as the world’s greatest “super hero. The distribution company is a marketing unit of Dickinson Press, Inc. and is a pioneer distributor of print and digital content for authors worldwide. The deal, which offers DONINI with both a percentage of net profits and gross revenues, covers both print and digital book distribution rights.

The management view

Dong Chung, the CEO of DONINI said that they are excited to be associated with DPZ to launch their new digital animated book named as ‘The Son Rises.’ The inclination towards E-books is growing rapidly in all demographics, especially teens and children, and DPZ has the marketing power and experience to help introduce the engaging feature to the market. DONINI expects that the new deal will start generating monthly revenue beginning next quarter.

The distribution firm

Terry Ziemba, the Managing General Partner of DPZ, said that they are delighted about their association with DONINI and believe firmly that the book will be a cornerstone property of the distribution pipeline. The story of Jesus is universal and timeless. It is narrated in a unique way that the teen’s market can relate to it and enjoy. DPZ and DONINI will launch “The Son Rises” as an eBook, and then will make it available in print form on demand. It will be the first book launched in the series of graphic novels based on Jesus’ life and teachings. It is expected to enhance revenues for both the firms.
