Brazilian government has given green signal to the products of Medical Marijuana Inc (OTCMKTS:MJNA). As per the reports, the government has decided to use Medical Marijuana’s products as prescription medicines in Brazil. Apart from the medicines, the Brazilian government has approved Medical Marijuana’s partnership HempMeds Brasil.

First Cannabis Product To Be Approved By Brazilian Government:

The announcement about this approval was made by Medical Marijuana recently. As per the announcement, the HempMeds Brasil’s RSHO product has been approved by the Brazilian government. It’s the first time in the history when Brazilian government has approved a product like this for using as prescription medicines. It will be imported by the federal government of the country and used along with epilepsy within Brazil.

Just like U.S., cannabis has been illegal in Brazil regardless of its origin for the last many years, but things have started to change now. The current approval of RSHO is a positive step in this direction. As of now, HempMeds Brasil is exclusively providing RSHO in the Brazilian marketplace under temporary approvals from its board of directors. No clinical trial or test has been conducted yet; hence, the picture will be clear once the tests are conducted.

If any Brazilian resident has government approved medical indication, he can have easy access to RSHO hemp oil products. The same person can do so with the government-approved document or doctor’s prescription. ANVISA has come up with a statement on the official website of the agency. The statement feature a photo consisting a tube of RSHO and also explains the procedure to apply for an import certificate.

As of now, the product can be grabbed via registration, but the procedure is expected to become more directive in the coming months. Medical Marijuana is delighted to announce this achievement and hopes for many more such events in the near future.
