NanoTech Entertainment, Inc. (OTCMKTS:NTEK) disclosed it concluded the acquisition of Mobile Application Developer firm ‘UpLink.to.’ As per the recent deal, Mark S. Morris who is the founder of UpLink.to will become President of the company’s mobile application subsidiary.

The details

UpLink.to products including VideoUpLink and PhotoUpLink will become NanoTech products and will be offered under the ‘NanoTech Communications’ label. The founder of mobile application developer will direct the development and release of latest updates to NanoTech subsidiary RingZones product and launch of upcoming products. It includes 4K video applications that leverage both NanoTech’s 4K Ultra HD platform and UpLink.to automated media file management system.

Morris said that he is extremely delighted to become a part of NanoTech Family. He has developed the UpLink.to products as a solution to a number of problems. He added that he look forward to lead the mobile applications team as they together develop advanced apps that blend technologies and methods from multiple disciplines.

Morris has more than 20 years’ experience in field of product development in numerous disciplines. He also has a strong background in creating mobile apps for the past few years. In last trading session, the stock price of NTEK declined more than 2% to close the trading session at $0.0175. The decline came at a share volume of 18.10 million compared to average share volume of 15.16 million.
