DRONE AVIATION HOLDI (OTCMKTS:DRNE) disclosed that Louis F. Wise has accepted the role of Chief Science and Technology advisor with the company. He is a drone and intelligence technologist who will help the company in product advancement programs. He will provides his input in expanding company’s services in the commercial, military, and government sectors.

The profile

Mr. Wise served as a senior intelligence officer with the CIA. He was associated with the group for 36 years. He was closely involved in many critical ISR advancement plans with CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology division. The development plans ranges from aircraft to satellite activities where real-time information was delivered to help national policy makers as well as boost tactical operations.

Drone Aviation is set to benefit from the association of Mr. Wise with the company. He belongs to the group of individuals termed as early pioneers in UAV advancement in the mid 1980’s. He earned numerous patents and was linked with the advancement of communications technology and digital imagery deemed essential in segment of national defense and counter terrorism. After leaving CIA, Mr. Wise took the role of senior scientist with Raytheon’s Blackbird Technologies

The management views

The Chairman Jay Nussbaum expressed that Drone Aviation team is honored that Mr. Wise, an early pioneer in drone know-how and a Patriot to the U.S. joined company’s team. It is above all gratifying that Mr. Wise who has extensive experience and knowledge has accepted to be a part of Drone’s team.

Mr. Wise stated that over the course of his career, he has witnessed the impact that new technology can have on various sectors including defense and security. Technology platforms are going to play an important role in the coming period, in both commercial and Government sector.

In last trading session, the stock price of DRNE surged more than 1% to close the trading session at $0.290. The gains came at a share volume of 821,940 compared to average share volume of 784,871.
