Green Endeavors Inc (OTCMKTS:GRNE) filed its financial report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2015, posting $701,756 in gross revenues. Richard Surber, the CEO said that while $701,756 in gross revenue is a healthy figure for a firm in their market and size, they plan to perform better.

The plans

The bad and good news is that company’s existing service providers and stylists continue to be at almost 100% capacity with respect to the number of clients they service per day. In an attempt to accommodate more guests and expand businesses, Green Endeavors is focusing on increased hiring and training measures. They have recruited nearly ten new stylists so far in 2015 as well as new aestheticians. The company intends to recruit and retain almost 30 stylists by end of 2015. It indicates that more number of clients would be able to get services of the company.

The CEO of Green Endeavors further added that due to increased need for more staff including stylists and service providers, the existing staffs continues with their measures to innovate and meet the needs of clients. In an attempt to follow some of the proven practices, the CEO visited some of the top salon professionals and owners in the industry including Jon Reyman and Van Michael Salons’ team. These are two of the notable professional experts in the Aveda™ network.

Landis Salons has over five mentors and educators on its’ staff that are concentrating on training new members. They are expected to perform at their best as demanded by company’s guests. The recruiting and training measures will be the base for expansion into new markets and locations.

In last trading session, the stock price of Green Endeavors Inc (OTCMKTS:GRNE) declined more than 18% to close the trading session at $0.00130.The decline came at a share volume of 4.17 million compared to average share volume of 4.12 million.
